  1. After a hit n run last month on our Q8 , ,insurance deemed it a total loss. After some careful consideration, we thought it would be a good time to jump on the EV band wagon. The features that sold us were sentry mode and just pure raw acceleration going on the on ramps! The entertainment hub is a nice touch too. We were also looking at the Polestar 2 and the Mach E, but ended up with the Model Y. I think the future looks good for EV. We are hoping for a greener tomorrow for everyone.

  2. Tell me how you like it! I’m seriously considering getting that exact same car!

  3. Congrats! We’re picking up a Model Y soon to go along with our 3 that I’ve had since 2018. Great cars!

  4. That Pearl White looks nice here.

I suppose Sentry mode *is* an unusual desirable feature.

  5. Your First EV! (Happens to also be a near supercar suv lol.) Enjoy the new ride, I’ve got the same color scheme going with my dual motor and now im searching for more shots of that pillar delete. Tasteful mod 👌🏼

  6. Congrats! We’re still having to wait for the Model Y here in Europe. Seems like it would be a reasonable upgrade from an Outlander PHEV.

  7. I’m so jealous!

Just out of curiosity, what’s under the hood? Luggage space? Battery? Unicorns? Buttered bread strapped to the backs of cats?

  8. Congrats on the switch. We are in the process of switching from Tesla to Audi. If you have questions about embarking down the EV path happy to help.

  9. How do you find the cabin noise when driving on the freeway? Some complain Teslas are way behind the german premium brands so I’m very interested in your take!

  10. Great looking car! Congrats on the purchase! What made you go with Y v X? Thank you!

  11. Whilst I agree the move to EV is principally a good move,However with the environmental cost of making and recycling the batteries puts a dull surface on the whole idea
But the biggest issue has to be the total lack of right to repair rendering buyers bound to the manufacture for life and over expensive future repairs.
All of these things should be considered prior to purchase and I feel that a truly informed public may take a different approach.
At least your q8 was serviceable and repairable anywhere and at a reasonable cost and spares availability
