I just looked at my app, and it shows that I have a full 1000 kWh left on my Ev6 plan. The car came with that when I bought it back in April, but I used it up early summer.

  1. My history is missing my charging since early April, so that may be why. I wouldn’t count on it being permanent; they may notice that they lost a bit of history and restore it, which might undo your reset.

  2. EA sent out an email earlier in the week saying they are doing some sort of national update, which could affect app functionality.

    Although I didn’t think it would also wipe your charge history.
