  1. The problem is if the power doesn’t come back on you killed your car. Why not just get a battery backup for the house? Mine can also charge my car (in theory, rumor is 7 miles but that gets me to a fast charger if it has power). It’s connected to the house and flips when power is lost whether the car is home or not.
