  1. The Lyriq, based on a similar Ultium platform, has an outlet in the back but it’s limited to only 150W which isn’t all that much. Not very useful compared to the backseat outlet in the Ioniq5/EV6 that delivers up to 1.9kW.

  2. Obviously these are pre-production cars, and it may depend on the trim level you get, but just before the [14 minutes 30 second mark in this video](https://youtu.be/gBP-oOOkw6g?t=868), you can see an outlet cover that says 120V. I had to crank up the resolution and pause at just the right moment in order to read it properly. I would personally love to have this feature, just in case there’s a power outage, you could run an extension cord to your fridge or something.

  3. I’ll have to take a look again but it could also just be a 12V plug. It seems clearly to be 4 characters, so it could be 120V or also 120W as I’ve seen that label before to identify the loss the 12V can supply.

It would just seem to be a very awkward spot to put a full 120V plug. It would be weird for me not to advertise such a feature, and it’s not present on the Blazer EV. The Hummer 110/120V outlets also use a different cover.

  4. Nice catch. It’s too bad Chevy is being really reserved on giving out detailed specs.

That’s a major reason why I passed on the Blazer EV & Equinox EV because there just wasn’t enough info unveiled at their “launch events.”
